After downloading the file above, extract (unzip) the folder to a safe place on your computer, like your Documents or Desktop folder.
Open a new tab in Chrome and type chrome://extensions/ in the URL bar, or click the Puzzle icon in the top right > Manage Extensions.
Look at the top right corner of the Extensions page and turn ON the toggle switch labeled "Developer mode".
Click the new "Load unpacked" button in the top left and select the folder you extracted in Step 1.
